Once the order is placed successfully, the order status by default goes into Processing. It may take sometime to verify the payment and once the same is complete, you will receive an order confirmation mail including payment acknowledgement.
For the items available in stock, We try shipping the orders as soon as possible. However, in some cases there may be a delay in handling time of 1-2 days based on the volume of orders received.
We also accept back-orders for the items that are not available in stock for which you will be notified through email with a delivery timeline. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
We ship the orders through fastest possible method that should reach anywhere in India within 2-5 business days. You will receive the tracking information soon after the packages are handed over to the logistics. Should there be any delay in Shipments, we shall reach you through email/ phone and update with a fresh ETA (Estimated date of arrival)

We use the world class service FedEx for the shipments. In case of no FedEx service in your area, the package will be sent through India's most trusted Indiapost/ Speedpost.
